Marta Aznavoorian founded Keynote Productions, a nonprofit music foundation recognized as a 501(c)(3). Our mission is grounded in the belief that talent has no zip code, which is why we offer music scholarships for talented students from underserved communities, enabling them to pursue advanced studies in the musical arts.

WHAT WE DO
Keynote Productions identifies talented students and funds their next steps: lessons, instruments, summer programs, and auditions for the schools that shape careers. Every dollar goes to putting a young musician one step closer to the stage.
WHY IT MATTERS
Music education plays a pivotal role in the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young people. Engaging with music enhances memory, pattern recognition, and spatial-temporal reasoning, all of which are foundational skills that transfer to academic learning in mathematics and language. Beyond cognitive benefits, music provides a unique avenue for emotional expression, helping students develop empathy, self-awareness, and resilience as they interpret and convey complex feelings through performance or composition.
